Johnstone Burgh say they have exhausted all avenues and will be forced to play two games at once…

Scottish club Johnstone Burgh must split their squad to play two separate away cup matches simultaneously on November 21. The Lowland League West side faces Tayport in the Scottish Communities Cup and Dunipace in the Lowland League Cup, with the two fixtures kicking off only 30 minutes apart after all rescheduling attempts failed.
The club exhausted multiple alternative options to resolve the scheduling conflict, including offering to travel midweek, play on Friday or Sunday, or surrender their share of the gate receipts. This fixture congestion follows a similar incident where lower-league side Armadale Thistle played two matches on the same day.
