Dundee are actively working to secure several key squad members on longer-term contracts to foster continuity and club growth. Following recent contract extensions for Ash Hay and Ethan Crombie, 23-year-old full-back Imari Samuels became the latest first-team regular to commit, signing a permanent deal through 2029 with an optional additional year.
Manager Steven Pressley praised Samuels for his defensive bravery, consistency, and upside, confirming that Dundee plan to tie down several more players over the coming months. Ahead of their Premiership match against St Johnstone, Pressley confirmed Ryan Finnigan and Owen Bevan are available, while goalkeeper Kieran O'Hara remains sidelined for ten days.
