Cesc Fabregas insists Como ‘must always play the football that got us here’ in the Champions League against RC Lens. ‘You see some teams who look scared and scrape a point.’

Como manager Cesc Fabregas emphasized that his squad must not play scared and must stick to their established style of football in their Champions League match against RC Lens. Speaking ahead of the away fixture, Fabregas warned against teams that perform well domestically only to act timidly and chase singular points in Europe.
Como arrived at the fixture missing Moise Kean, Trevoh Chalobah, Assane Diao, Jesus Rodriguez, and Jayden Addai due to injury, leaving Tasos Douvikas as the sole available center-forward. Despite the squad absences, Como entered the clash riding a five-match winning streak across all competitions ahead of an upcoming Serie A encounter against Inter.
