Gattuso: ‘Lazio progress, we can surprise if we take it one game at a time’

Lazio manager Gennaro Gattuso praised his team's progress following a historic 3-0 away victory against Juventus at Allianz Stadium. Oliver Provstgaard, Gustav Isaksen, and Fisayo Dele-Bashiru each scored to earn Lazio their first away victory against Juventus since October 2017. Gattuso warned against looking at the Serie A table too early, insisting the squad must focus one game at a time to keep surprising opponents.

The victory marks Lazio's best start to a Serie A season in history, leaving them tied atop the table with Inter on 19 points after seven rounds. Gattuso credited the squad's family spirit and work ethic during a match in which multiple key players were sidelined with injuries, while also noting tactical improvements in controlling leads.
