Genoa gave a special Serie A debut to Robinho Junior this evening, the teenage son…
Eighteen-year-old Robinho Junior made his Serie A debut for Genoa in a 2-0 defeat against Roma at the Stadio Olimpico. The teenager came off the bench in the final minutes under manager Daniele De Rossi, following in the footsteps of his father, former Brazil, Real Madrid, Manchester City, and Milan striker Robinho.
Robinho Junior joined Genoa on deadline day on a loan deal that includes an option to buy for approximately €8 million. He earned his senior call-up after recording three goals and an assist in three Primavera youth appearances.
