“Scoring goals comes naturally” – Fofana disappointed with performances in recent seasons

Midfielder Youssouf Fofana has expressed disappointment regarding his recent goalscoring output following his temporary departure from AC Milan. Speaking to the Spanish outlet AS, Fofana admitted that he should score more often given the positions he finds himself in on the pitch, noting that finding the back of the net comes naturally to him from his early playing days.

Fofana reflected on earlier expectations, including comments from Massimiliano Allegri suggesting he could contribute 15 goals. He explained that although youth coaches previously instructed him to hold back, his growing tactical experience now allows him to choose the right moments to push forward and join attacks.
