Torino defeated Parma 3-0 at the Stadio Ennio Tardini, spoiling manager Alberto Gilardino's first home match in charge. Giovanni Simeone opened the scoring just four minutes into the game with a finish into the top corner, before Che Adams doubled the lead in the 24th minute by heading in a rebound.
Parma created several chances across both halves, but Torino goalkeeper Lucas Perri maintained a clean sheet. Simeone sealed the victory on 69 minutes with a powerful long-range strike, while a late potential consolation goal by Parma substitute Matija Frigan was disallowed by VAR for offside.
