Suwarso: ‘Fabregas has exceeded all expectations at Como’

Como president Mirwan Suwarso stated that manager Cesc Fabregas has exceeded all expectations and provided the club with clear direction during its rapid rise. Speaking to Cronache di Spogliatoio via TuttoMercatoWeb, Suwarso praised Fabregas's intelligence dating back to his time leading the Primavera side, noting that the Spaniard prepares pre-match analytical reports for the owners to maintain shared alignment across the organization.

Following their promotion from Serie B to the Champions League in just over two seasons, Como recently defeated RB Leipzig 4-1 and Fiorentina 3-1. Looking ahead, Suwarso outlined an ambitious long-term objective to gradually assemble a squad composed entirely of Italian players, ideally from Lombardy, similar to Athletic Club's model, while also commending minority shareholders Thierry Henry and Raphaël Varane for their contributions.
