Venezia have signed a 40-year agreement with Venice city council to manage their new stadium, which is set to open during the 2027-28 season.

Venezia FC have signed a 40-year agreement with the Venice city council to manage a new 18,500-seat stadium. The venue will be built in Tessera, near Mestre, as part of the Bosco dello Sport complex. The club plans to invest €125 million to complete facilities, maintain the site, and cover the concession fee across the four-decade deal.
The new stadium is scheduled to open during the second half of the 2027-28 season. The move ends Venezia's tenure at the historic Stadio Pierluigi Penzo on the island of Sant’Elena, resolving long-standing logistical and capacity issues.
