Aaron Danks has filled in for the Bayern Munich boss at Tuesday’s press conference…
Bayern Munich manager Vincent Kompany is a doubt to be in the dugout for Wednesday's Champions League match against Arsenal due to a viral infection. Kompany missed Tuesday's training session and pre-match press conference, with assistant coach Aaron Danks stepping in to fulfill media duties and oversee preparations at the Allianz Arena.
Danks confirmed that Kompany remains in constant dialogue with the coaching staff and will contribute remotely if he cannot attend in person. In team news, captain Manuel Neuer has returned to training following a foot issue, while Jamal Musiala remains sidelined with a torn muscle fiber.
