Three-division undisputed world champion Claressa Shields has partnered with the Zeus Network to present a new reality competition series searching for the next elite female boxer. The television project aims to highlight emerging talent capable of succeeding her at the summit of the sport.
The broadcast partnership builds upon a previous collaboration between the two parties. Zeus Network streamed the preliminary bouts for Shields’ recent ring appearance against Kaye Scott. Following the success of that event, Shields and Zeus Network chief executive officer Lemuel Plummer agreed to construct an unscripted series specifically designed to put women’s boxing under a permanent media spotlight.
