Boxing promoter Eddie Hearn has predicted that Conor Benn may retire from boxing following his recent defeat to Ryan Garcia. Benn was stopped in the second round by Garcia in Las Vegas, failing to capture the WBC welterweight title. Following the loss, Benn released a statement admitting he is uncertain about his future in the sport.
Hearn suggested that Benn has already made a significant amount of money and may not fight again, or might have only one more bout. Despite the defeat, WBO middleweight champion Denzel Bentley has already expressed interest in offering Benn a potential fight in the future.
