Wardley held his belt for just 173 days before being relieved of it by Dubois in their May slugfest and will try to win it back in London on Saturday

Fabio Wardley stated he feels more comfortable entering his upcoming rematch against Daniel Dubois as the challenger rather than the defending champion. Wardley lost his world title to Dubois in May after being stopped despite scoring two early knockdowns. He promptly activated his rematch clause, with the pair scheduled to fight in London on Saturday night.
Wardley explained that fighting as the underdog relieves pressure and feels more natural following his rise through the unlicensed white-collar boxing scene. He noted that entering the bout without the burden of an undefeated record and championship status makes him feel more relaxed and confident.
