Fury vs Joshua announced for December 11 in Cardiff

Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua will fight on December 11 at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, live globally on Netflix. The long-awaited heavyweight showdown was confirmed on Thursday by Saudi Arabian boxing chief Turki Alalshikh following months of negotiations over the host location. The bout will settle a decade-long rivalry between the two former heavyweight world champions.

The event will be co-promoted through a collaboration involving Turki Alalshikh's The Ring and Zuffa Boxing head Dana White. Although promoter Eddie Hearn previously contested White's role and Joshua's team insisted on a UK venue over proposed sites in New York and Ireland, Netflix confirmed the fight will stream worldwide at no additional cost.
