The long-awaited all-British heavyweight fight between Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua is expected to be officially announced this week. According to reports, the bout is targeted for Friday, December 11, at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff. Organizers are reportedly finalizing details with Netflix, Saudi Arabian promotional group Sela, and both fighters' camps to broadcast the event.

Joshua enters the potential matchup with a record of 30-4, recently recovering from a first-round knockdown to defeat Kristian Prenga in July. Fury, who holds a record of 36-2-1, last fought in July when he secured a corner retirement victory over Mariusz Wach. Both former champions previously suffered defeats to Oleksandr Usyk.
