Looking past an opponent in his backyard is an easy way to end up on the wrong end of a stoppage. Shane Mosley Jr. has already lined up hypothetical dates…
Writer Larry Jordan argues that Shane Mosley Jr. is unwisely looking past opponent Denzel Bentley ahead of their upcoming bout in London. Mosley discussed potential future fights against Conor Benn, Chris Eubank Jr., and Tim Tszyu, proposing a tournament of sons of boxing legends. Jordan contends that focusing on hypothetical future matchups risks Mosley suffering an upset against Bentley.

Jordan also notes that Mosley's targeted fights are commercially and divisionally unrealistic, stressing that Mosley must overcome Bentley before entertaining any future high-profile bouts.
