Tyson Fury has dismissed Deontay Wilder's chances against cruiserweight world champion Jai Opetaia, calling their upcoming matchup a "silly fight" for the American. The bout is scheduled as the co-main event on the Tyson Fury vs. Anthony Joshua card set for Friday, December 11, at Principality Stadium in Cardiff.
Speaking to FightHype, Fury claimed that Wilder is "shot to bits" and should have retired after their trilogy concluded. Fury also argued that Wilder's signature knockout power has faded, referencing Wilder's recent bout against Derek Chisora.
