Josh Hazlewood has his swing back and says there is a freedom that comes with approaching every Test as though it may be your last as he prepares for the second match in the series in Gqeberha on Sunday.
Josh Hazlewood has praised fellow fast bowler Scott Boland's exceptional form in the nets while highlighting the importance of reverse swing in Australia's Test series against South Africa. Hazlewood stated Boland has a ridiculous record and expects him to play a role in the series. Following a 214-run victory in Durban where Hazlewood took 6-49, the Australian squad is preparing for the second Test at St George's Oval in Gqeberha.
Hazlewood noted that South Africa's abrasive pitches make reverse swing a vital weapon, contrasting conditions with standard Australian green pitches. He also warned of the threat posed by South African paceman Kagiso Rabada, who is expected to return to the Proteas' lineup for the upcoming match.
