Joburg Super Kings have signed Mumbai Indians legend Kieron Pollard for R1.5 million at the SA20 2027 player auction. JSK were the sole bidders for the 39-year-old all-rounder after he was released by MI Cape Town ahead of the auction, securing him at his base price.
The signing marks the first time Pollard will represent a franchise under the Super Kings umbrella, ending a long exclusive association with the Mumbai Indians family. JSK also secured Faf du Plessis for R2.7 million and made Jason Rowles their top purchase at R2.9 million.
