England to face a Western Australia XI at the WACA ground in Perth on November 7, six days before the first of three ODIs against Australia starting at Perth Stadium

England will play a 50-over warm-up match against a Western Australia XI at the WACA ground in Perth on November 7. The fixture serves as preparation for their upcoming white-ball tour of Australia, which begins with a three-match ODI series on November 13 at Perth Stadium followed by matches in Adelaide and Hobart. England will then contest a five-match T20I series running from November 21 to December 2.
The decision comes after England faced criticism for playing only an intra-squad match prior to their previous Ashes tour in Perth. England coach Brendon McCullum noted the current ODI squad lacks experience outside of Jos Buttler, Joe Root, and Adil Rashid. Several Test stars from both England and Australia are likely to be rested or managed during parts of the white-ball series due to conflicting Test commitments.
