Nine kilometres apart, they make their famous fathers, Sehwag and Dravid, proud again

Aaryavir Sehwag and Anvay Dravid, the sons of former Indian cricketers Virender Sehwag and Rahul Dravid, both scored centuries in the U-19 Vinoo Mankad Trophy on Friday. Batting nine kilometres apart in Vizianagaram, Dravid scored 151 off 100 balls to guide Karnataka to victory over Gujarat, while Sehwag struck 173 off 143 balls for Delhi in a loss to Chandigarh.
Following his 173-run innings, Aaryavir earned selection for the India U-19 squad for next month's Asia Cup. Delhi coach Rajeev Nayyar noted that he spoke with Aaryavir prior to the match about converting starts into large scores, adding that the teenager must maintain consistent development before considering any future senior call-up.
