The Pakistan all-rounder discusses how mental resilience enables cricketers to transition between ODI, T20I and Test formats ahead of the Sri Lanka series.
Pakistan all-rounder Arafat Minhas highlighted the importance of mental fortitude when adapting to different cricket formats ahead of an upcoming series against Sri Lanka. Speaking with former Pakistan captain Salman Butt, the 21-year-old emphasized that while training routines remain consistent, mental readiness is crucial for navigating transitions between Tests, ODIs, and T20Is.
Minhas has featured in eight ODIs and seven T20Is for Pakistan, recently hitting 61 off 31 balls during an ODI tri-series final victory. Both Arafat and his younger brother, Sameer Minhas, have been included in Pakistan's Test squad for the Sri Lanka series, marking Sameer's maiden Test call-up.
