Apple hasn’t finished its first season as F1’s exclusive broadcaster in the United States, and it already wants more. F1 CEO Stefano Domenicali said Thursday…

Formula 1 CEO Stefano Domenicali confirmed during a Liberty Media earnings call that Apple is interested in securing broadcast rights outside the United States. Apple currently holds exclusive US broadcasting rights via Apple TV under an estimated $140 million annual deal. Domenicali stated Apple intends to pursue international opportunities as soon as they open up across global markets.
However, Liberty Media plans to maintain a market-by-market strategy rather than awarding global rights to a single broadcaster. CEO Derek Chang noted Apple's potential bidding presence alone helps drive up broadcast pricing. Most major international broadcast territories remain locked under contracts extending between 2029 and 2032 with networks like Sky, DAZN, and Viaplay.
