Daniel Ricciardo used to rank the US Grand Prix among his favourites on the calendar and, while he's not on the grid anymore, he's still making the most of the circus being in town.

Former Formula 1 driver Daniel Ricciardo has teased plans surrounding the United States Grand Prix after embarking on a 1,200-mile road trip to Austin, Texas. After attending the Ford Raptor Rally in Lake Havasu, Arizona, the Australian driver and brand ambassador announced he is driving across the desert toward Austin to join race-week festivities.
Ricciardo's lifestyle brand, Enchante, is hosting a pop-up event alongside Ford Racing in Austin during the Grand Prix weekend. However, the report notes it remains unclear whether the former Red Bull and McLaren driver will attend the Circuit of the Americas track itself.
