Fred Vasseur's position as Ferrari team boss has come under some scrutiny in recent weeks.

Lewis Hamilton has defended Ferrari team principal Fred Vasseur amid speculation surrounding his position, describing him as a fantastic leader. Hamilton stated that negative scrutiny is amplified and ten times worse at Ferrari compared to rivals, while acknowledging the team currently battles a straight-line engine power deficit of four to six tenths.
Hamilton also suggested that the organizational structure above Vasseur may require evaluation rather than focusing blame entirely on one person. Ferrari previously reaffirmed its confidence in Vasseur following public comments from former Red Bull team boss Christian Horner regarding the Ferrari leadership role.
