Preparations are ongoing despite the tense situation in the Middle East.

Lusail International Circuit CEO Abdulaziz Ali Al-Muhannadi confirmed preparations are nearing completion for upcoming MotoGP and Formula 1 events. Despite heightened regional tensions and conflict across the Middle East, the venue expects to host MotoGP on November 4-6 and the Formula 1 Qatar Grand Prix on November 29 as scheduled.
Recent regional missile strikes and disruption led to the cancellation of the Saudi Arabian GP and the relocation of Bahrain's race. However, FIA president Mohammed Ben Sulayem affirmed Qatar is secure, though Italy's Imola circuit remains on standby if conditions deteriorate.
