LIV golfer Richard Bland reveals that the future of the league will rely on "player support" with their members still left in the dark as to what will happen going forward.

LIV golfer Richard Bland stated that the survival of a proposed 'LIV 2.0' relies primarily on player support, despite new funding reportedly being secured. The league filed for bankruptcy protection in early September owing at least $45 million to players after the Saudi Public Investment Fund decided to withdraw its multibillion-dollar backing.
Bland revealed players were initially told funding was guaranteed through 2032 before the sudden reversal. As uncertainty looms, Bland confirmed he will make his first DP World Tour appearance since 2023 at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship.
