The United States completed a dramatic final-day comeback to defeat the Internationals 17-13 and win their 11th consecutive Presidents Cup at Medinah on Sunday. Trailing 10.5-7.5 entering Sunday's 12 singles matches, the American squad rallied to improve their overall series record to 14-1-1. Jacob Bridgeman clinched the winning point by defeating Min Woo Lee 1-up on the 18th hole.
US captain Brandt Snedeker praised his team's resilience and credited Donald Trump, who gave a speech before the final day and attended the matches. Snedeker stated that he told Trump he would get all the credit if the Americans managed to pull off the victory.
