An impact bag can help you perfect your swing without ever hitting a ball. And thanks to a great sale, you can get one for less than $20.
The Impact Trainer golf training aid is currently on sale for $19.97 at the PGA TOUR Superstore, representing a 33 percent discount from its regular retail price of $29.99. This heavy-duty impact bag is designed to help golfers practice and perfect their swing impact position without actually hitting real golf balls.
Golfers can fill the bag with soft cloth or towels and swing at the target circle to reinforce proper club, hand, and body positioning. Top 100 Teacher Krista Dunton endorsed the training aid, noting that it helps players get their weight into the lead side and feel the clubhead swing into the ball.
