As Monday arrives in Japan, Titleist officially announces the PGA Tour launch of the new 2027 Pro V1 and Pro V1x golf balls.

Titleist has officially launched the tour seeding process for its new 2027 Pro V1 and Pro V1x golf balls at the Baycurrent Championship at Yokohama Country Club in Japan. The new models previously appeared on the USGA Conforming list, with an expected retail launch in early 2027.
Several professional players have already transitioned to the new balls ahead of the official launch. Neal Shipley adopted the 2027 Pro V1 at the Biltmore Championship, securing a career-best T3 finish, while Robert MacIntyre and Doug Ghim also recently put the new prototypes into play.
