Reasons to be D-backs Thankful

Despite narrowly missing the playoffs, the season featured several major individual and team achievements. Catcher Gabriel Moreno won the batting title, becoming the first player in Diamondbacks franchise history to accomplish the feat.

Outfielder Corbin Carroll became the franchise leader in triples as Arizona led Major League Baseball with 42 total triples. Pitcher Justin Martinez returned from surgery to set a franchise velocity record with 104 mph fastballs, while Eduardo Rodriguez stepped up as a rotation anchor alongside Brandon Pfaadt.
