The adjustment featured a complete revote of the top 15 prospects, with Brewers shortstop Jesús Made keeping the No. 1 spot. Red Sox shortstop Franklin Arias moved up to No. 2 following a breakout 25-homer campaign, passing Athletics infielder Leo De Vries after his season-ending shoulder surgery.

Cardinals catcher Leo Bernal proved to be the ranking's highest riser by leaping 19 spots to No. 80 after earning major league playing time. Hayden Alvarez of the Angels and Enddy Azocar of the Orioles were added to the list, while Karson Milbrandt and Steele Hall dropped out.
