With multiple days off, as well as staggering pitching options, we made the decision to capture the full events of the week rather than write a 20 word daily update last week. That said, lets take a look at how…

Atlanta Braves prospects Tate Southisene and Briggs McKenzie headlined an impressive week of performances in the Arizona Fall League. Southisene reached base nine times over the week, going 5-for-14 with five runs scored, a triple, and four walks while maintaining a .949 OPS. Meanwhile, McKenzie pitched five scoreless innings, yielding only two hits and two walks while striking out four batters.
Battery Power's Gaurav Vedak highlighted McKenzie's newly implemented slider, which averaged 2800 RPM. Other Braves prospects also featured for the Glendale Desert Dogs, including Owen Carey, who hit two triples in two games, and reliever Tyler LaPorte, who continued his scoreless streak in AFL play with 1.1 shutout frames.
