The Baltimore Orioles have declined outfielder Luis Robert Jr.'s $20 million team option for the 2027 season. The 29-year-old outfielder will receive a $2 million buyout and become a free agent following an injury-shortened stint with the club.
Robert played in just three games for Baltimore after being claimed off waivers from the New York Mets in late August. His 2026 campaign was heavily disrupted by injuries, including a lumbar spine herniation and a season-ending left hamstring strain.
