Stephen Vogt Sends Two-Word Message After Game 5 Loss

Cleveland Guardians manager Stephen Vogt responded to facing elimination with the two-word message "Let's go" following a 3-1 Game 5 loss to the Tampa Bay Rays. The defeat at Progressive Field put Cleveland behind 3-2 in the American League Championship Series. Vogt expressed full confidence in his squad, stating the team thrives when facing adversity and backed his players to complete the comeback.

The Guardians must now win two consecutive games at Tropicana Field to advance to the World Series. Cleveland remains 3-0 in elimination games this postseason after previously overcoming a 2-0 deficit against the Chicago White Sox. While starter Gavin Williams will not pitch on short rest in Game 6, he remains lined up for a potential Game 7.
