The Dodgers will have to retool the roster after falling short in its quest for a three-peat.

Los Angeles Dodgers relief pitcher Alex Vesia thanked fans on Instagram following the team's elimination by the Milwaukee Brewers in the NLCS. With free agency approaching, the 30-year-old left-hander expressed uncertainty about whether he will return to Los Angeles next season after completing his sixth year with the organization.
Vesia described the 2026 campaign as the hardest year of his career due to personal and mental battles. He thanked his teammates and Dodger Nation for their support while posting a 2.64 ERA across 72 appearances this season.
