LSWA Polls after Week 4

The Louisiana Sports Writers Association released its Week 4 high school football rankings across all classifications on September 28, 2026. Top-ranked teams in their respective divisions retained leading status, including Karr in Class 5A, Westgate in Class 4A, St. James in Class 3A, Calvary Baptist in Class 2A, and Ouachita Christian in Class 1A.

In Class 5A, Karr earned 10 first-place votes to stay at No. 1 with a 4-0 record, followed by Ruston and St. Augustine. Calvary Baptist held the most commanding lead, securing all 11 first-place votes in Class 2A after starting the season 4-0.
