The Desert Dogs have played four games this week, and in three of them they’ve scored at least nine runs; in the other one they’ve scored just one. They’re 0-3 when scoring nine or more, and they’ve won that game…
Los Angeles Dodgers prospects Eduardo Quintero and Williams Salazar featured for the Glendale Desert Dogs in a high-scoring loss against Peoria. Quintero batted third and reached base three times in five plate appearances, recording a hit, two walks, and his sixth stolen base of the Arizona Fall League season.
Salazar took the mound in relief during the seventh inning, issuing three walks and allowing one hit while securing only one out. His outing resulted in a blown save and the loss after Glendale had previously built a 10-6 lead.
