LA insider Doug McKain wants the Los Angeles Dodgers to let Kiké Hernández walk, and he reached for Pixar to explain why.

Dodgers Nation host Doug McKain has urged the Los Angeles Dodgers to let veteran utility player Kiké Hernández leave in free agency this winter. Comparing the situation to the movie Toy Story 3, McKain argued that Dodgers president of baseball operations Andrew Friedman must allow the team to get younger following their sweep by the Milwaukee Brewers in the NLCS.
The 35-year-old Hernández is entering free agency after an injury-affected season where he played only 41 games following elbow surgery and an oblique tear. While Hernández expressed hope to return to Los Angeles on a new deal, potential market freezes related to the expiring collective bargaining agreement may delay any final roster decisions.
