MLB Pipeline has announced its organizational Prospects of the Year for 2026, honoring the top hitting and pitching performers across each Major League farm system. To be eligible for the honors, players were required to rank on their respective club's Top 30 Prospects list at some point during the season. Nearly half of the 60 selections were ranked among the overall Top 100 prospects.
The organizational honors follow overall Minor League Player of the Year awards, which saw Brewers infielder Andrew Fischer earn hitting accolades after hitting 48 home runs and Mariners left-hander Kade Anderson take pitching honors with a 1.06 ERA. Several players repeated as top performers from previous seasons, including Caleb Bonemer, Jacob Bresnahan, Theo Gillen, and Lazaro Montes.
