Cam Schlittler brutally trolls female Red Sox fan after Yankees sweep AL Wild Card Series

New York Yankees pitcher Cam Schlittler responded to a critical Boston Red Sox fan on social media following the Yankees' sweep in the AL Wild Card series. Schlittler commented on a Yankees celebratory Instagram post, writing "Wat the 4’s gotta say now," targeting a fan named Rusey who had labeled him ugly on the "Section 10" podcast in September.

Schlittler previously delivered a dominant performance in Game 1 on Tuesday, pitching 6.1 scoreless innings with 10 strikeouts in a 9-0 victory. Max Fried followed with a win in Game 2 as New York won 9-2 to secure an ALDS berth. Schlittler noted to MLB.com that he keeps receipts and uses criticism from opposing fans as competitive fuel.
