MLB Pipeline has announced the top hitting and pitching Prospects of the Year for each Major League Baseball farm system for the 2026 season. The selections follow the overall Minor League honors awarded to Brewers infielder Andrew Fischer and Mariners left-hander Kade Anderson. To qualify for the team-by-team honors, players had to rank on their organization's Top 30 Prospects list at some point during the season.
Nearly half of the selected players are ranked among baseball's Top 100 overall prospects. Three players earned repeat honors from 2025, including Caleb Bonemer of the White Sox, Jacob Bresnahan of the Giants, and Theo Gillen of the Rays, while Mariners outfielder Lazaro Montes repeated after winning in 2024.
