Philadelphia Phillies prospect Aidan Miller is playing pain-free in the Arizona Fall League for the Surprise Saguaros following an injury-plagued 2026 season. The 22-year-old infielder was sidelined for most of the regular minor-league campaign due to discogenic pain and facet inflammation in his lumbar spine before undergoing a radiofrequency ablation procedure in June.
