The Story in 60 Seconds

Following the Milwaukee Brewers' first World Series championship victory over the Tampa Bay Rays, several former Philadelphia Phillies players and personnel will receive championship rings. Pitchers Jojo Romero and Bryse Wilson both contributed to Milwaukee's winning 2026 campaign after earlier stints with Philadelphia. Romero was acquired at the trade deadline and served as a postseason bullpen option for manager Pat Murphy, while Wilson pitched across 13 regular-season games.

Off the field, multiple Brewers front-office members with ties to Philadelphia will also receive rings. These include former Phillies general manager Matt Klentak, who currently works as an executive advisor, as well as player development assistant Justin Bour and area scout Pete Orr.
