Anthony Murphy compiled the top offensive performers across the Pittsburgh Pirates minor league system for the 2026 season, applying a 250 plate appearance minimum. Murf Gray led the organization in weighted runs created plus (wRC+) with a 146 mark, while Ronny Simon paced all qualifiers with a .334 batting average. Simon's performance in Triple-A earned him an opportunity on the Pirates major league roster.

Several top performers, including Wyatt Sanford, Axiel Plaz, Jared Jones, Edward Florentino, and Tony Blanco Jr., played predominantly for Greensboro. Jones ranked second in the system with a .313 batting average before an injury cut his season short. Eddie King Jr. posted the system's best walk-to-strikeout ratio at 0.93.
