Gaslamp Ball's Lincoln Zdunich reviews San Diego Padres reliever Kyle Hart's 2026 season, giving him an overall grade of D. Hart served as a bulk reliever for the club after spending time in minor leagues and the KBO, where he won the Choi Dong-won Award in 2024.

While Hart lowered his ERA to 4.92 and held opponents to a .218 batting average, command issues led to a career-high 26 walks. Zdunich notes that Hart posted a 3.65 xERA and expects the Padres to exercise his $2.5 million club option for 2027.
