The Mariners have a strong farm system. These three prospects could make it even stronger in 2027.

Zachary Rymer highlights three lesser-known Seattle Mariners prospects who could break out during the 2027 season. The list features shortstop Nick Becker, left-handed pitcher Mason Peters, and outfielder Jake Brown, all identified as potential risers behind the organization's top-tier prospects.
Becker stole 46 bases with a .407 on-base percentage across the Arizona Complex League and Single-A Inland Empire in 2026. Peters posted a 2.10 ERA over 64.1 innings despite dealing with midseason forearm soreness, while Brown recorded an .802 OPS in 24 games after being drafted 65th overall.
