Edwin Díaz is back to his best, but Mariners fans are conflicted, caught between cheering him on and not wanting the Dodgers to win (yet) another World Series.

Paul Taylor of Sodo Mojo writes that Seattle Mariners fans face conflicting emotions seeing former closer Edwin Díaz excel in the postseason for the Los Angeles Dodgers. Díaz struggled through an injury-plagued regular season with an 8.68 ERA across 14 appearances before rediscovering dominant form.
Since returning from the injured list, Díaz has posted eight consecutive scoreless appearances with 12 strikeouts. He recorded two saves during the Dodgers' NLDS victory over the Atlanta Braves, including the series clincher, presenting a bittersweet dilemma for Mariners supporters.
