Jacob Misiorowski left Game 5 with a cramp one out shy of six scoreless inning. Here's what the Brewers ace said after clinching the title.

Jacob Misiorowski pitched the Milwaukee Brewers to their first World Series title in franchise history, defeating the Tampa Bay Rays 4-1 in Game 5 at Tropicana Field. Misiorowski, nicknamed "The Miz," delivered 5 2/3 scoreless innings to earn the clinching victory before exiting early due to a calf issue.
Manager Pat Murphy had saved the 24-year-old ace for Game 5 rather than using him in relief during Milwaukee's 12-inning Game 4 loss. Misiorowski, who led the majors with 252 strikeouts during the regular season, anchored a young Brewers core alongside Jackson Chourio and Cooper Pratt to secure the championship.
