Canelo has signed a huge deal.

Canelo Alvarez has signed a multi-year partnership with prediction-based market platform Kalshi ahead of his boxing return against Christian Mbilli. The deal has reportedly earned the 36-year-old Mexican fighter over $10 million in company equity, serving as both an investor and brand ambassador. Alvarez will wear trunks featuring the Kalshi logo during his WBC World Super Middleweight title fight in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
This bout marks Alvarez's first appearance in the ring since losing to Terence Crawford. Despite taking time away from competition, Alvarez continues to rank among Forbes' highest-earning athletes. The multi-year commitment suggests Alvarez intends to continue his career for several years, with reports indicating he hopes to eventually stage a retirement fight at Estadio Azteca in Mexico City around 2028 or 2029.
